Nichts ausser die Entfernung zum Büro.
Das hotel ist alt und verdreckt. Gardinen und Handtücher grau. Mobilar kaputt. Zimmer sehr klein. Service unfreundlich. Nicht zu empfehlen!

I like Paris and I was happy to come again to this city, even in December
The location is good. Few minutes from the Opera and Lafayette. The apartment has even a bath-tube. For Paris it was not expensive hotel. I was surprised by the price.
I think generally the prises in Paris rise from year to year. The room service (the food) was quite expensive. The breakfast for 19 EUR is expensive as well. In my experience (and I travel a lot) the most expensive breakfast.
